Orders.

Which size should I order?

We want to advise to always go a size up when you're in between the normal sizing. For example, when wearing a size 41,5 go for a size 42.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don't need an account to place an order but it makes everything easier. Your account information, order history and email preferences are in one place.

Can I change or cancel my order?

This is only possible if we have not yet shipped your order. You can cancel your order via My Gentleberg account, for changes you can contact our WhatsApp Customer Support via +31 6 44345557.

What are the payment methods Gentleberg accepts?

Delivery.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Gentleberg's estimated delivery time vary by country. We aim to deliver orders within the Netherlands within 1 business day. All other countries vary from 2 to 10 business days worldwide. All orders will be shipped from the Netherlands.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping cost vary per country and will be calculated during checkout.

Can I change my delivery address?

We can change your delivery address if the parcel has not been dispatched yet. Contact our WhatsApp Customer Support via +31 6 44345557 and we check if we are still on time.

How can I track my order?

Your order will be delivered through professional courier services as DHL or PostNL. After we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive an automated email stating a track & trace number so you can easily follow the whereabouts of your parcel.

Return, exchanges and refunds.

How do I return an item?

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order at Gentleberg, you can return the unused items free of charge within 14 days of receipt. We add a standard return label to every order so that you can easily return an item. It is not mandatory to return items in the original packaging, but if you still have the shipping packaging you can recycle it. The double adhesive strip makes reuse possible; very sustainable. To prepare us for your return shipment, we ask you to report your return shipment via the return form via https://gentlebergshoes.com/return/

How long does it take to receive my refund?

After we have received and processed your returns, you will receive the refund of the products' total order amount to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

How much does it cost to return my order?

Nothing, you can use the prepaid return label that was included in the original shipment. If you lost the return label, contact our WhatsApp Customer Support via +31 6 44345557.

Vegan materials

What kind of materials are used for Gentleberg's?

We use the highest quality, soft and breathable microfibers which are also water-resistant. Our shoes are made out of vegan, PU leathers which benefits the animal welfare. The bedrock of Gentleberg.

What about the outsoles?

The outsoles of our Casual Friday Sneakers are made from recycled rubber. It’s ecological, up to 70% recycled, 100% recyclable and vegan.
