How do I return an item?
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order at Gentleberg, you can return the unused items free of charge within 14 days of receipt. We add a standard return label to every order so that you can easily return an item. It is not mandatory to return items in the original packaging, but if you still have the shipping packaging you can recycle it. The double adhesive strip makes reuse possible; very sustainable.
