Have you not chosen the right shoe size or are you not satisfied with your purchase? You can return the unused items free of charge within 100 days of receipt. We add a standard return label to every order so that you can easily return an item.

To prepare us for your return shipment, we ask you to report your return shipment. This can be done very easily by entering the information to the form. The order number can be found on the packing slip or in the order confirmation that you received by email at the time.

It is not mandatory to return items in the original packaging, but if you still have the shipping packaging you can recycle it. The double adhesive strip makes reuse possible; very sustainable.

After we have received and processed your returns, you will receive the refund of the products' total order amount to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
